We are on Level 1 above the Pacific Square shops, on the Maroubra Road side. Take the lift to Level 1 and you will see our entrance.

Where is MJEEC?
We are on Level 1, 142 Maroubra Road, Maroubra NSW 2035, above the shops at Pacific Square. Enter from Maroubra Road and take the lift to Level 1. Families travel to us from Maroubra, South Coogee, Kingsford, Matraville, Pagewood, Malabar, Randwick, Chifley, Eastgardens and Coogee.
Where do I park?
There are two hours free parking daily in the Pacific Square car park directly below us, with lift access to our door. That is ample for drop-off, pick-up, a tour or a stay-and-play session.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. We close for two weeks over Christmas and New Year, and no fees are charged during the closure.
How do I book a tour?
Tours are personalised and run by Lauren, our owner and Director. Book online, call us on (02) 9315 5588, or email info@mjeec.com.au. Tours take about 30 minutes and we are happy to work around your schedule.
What is a stay-and-play session?
A tour shows you the centre; stay and play shows your child the centre. You spend about an hour in the room your child would join, with the educators who would care for them, while your child plays. It is free and there is no obligation to enrol.
How do I join the waitlist?
Join online through our waitlist form. Tell us your preferred start date and days, and we will contact you as soon as a place matching your needs becomes available.
About the centre
MJEEC is a privately owned childcare and preschool that has been operating in Maroubra since 2010, for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our owner and Director, Lauren Ziegler, has more than 30 years in early childhood education and is at the centre every day.
We are rated Meeting the National Quality Standard (assessed March 2024, all seven quality areas, no conditions or enforcement actions) and hold 4.9 stars from 56 Google reviews.
